The Department of Education issued DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2024, entitled: Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of the MATATAG Curriculum to provide context and directions and to articulate its features, design and standards.
Samples of Class Program for Kindergarten to Grade 10 are hereto attached to guide each school as to the format given by the Department of Education.
The sample Class Program can be modified as to format and class information required if necessary based on schoolโs actual needs and situation provided that no information required in the sample shall be removed. The signatoriesย in the sample shall strictly be followed.
