Update: Up na po ang system ng DepEd Online Application!

 

Unique Application Number (UAN) is one of the requirements of teacher applicants. It can be obtain through DepEd Online Application. We want to share to you  how to secure your Unique Application Number (UAN). (Check out our DepEd Application Requirements.)

 

How to secure Unique Application Number (UAN)?

Requirements:

1. Working email account. (Click here to create new email account)
2. Valid IDs : Tax Identification Number (recommended); GSIS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID); Voter’s ID; New Postal ID; SSS ID; PhilHealth ID; Passport.

Step 1

Go to http://application.deped.gov.ph to apply for an account.
Click “Apply” for first time users.

Step 2

Fill in the necessary information and click submit.
Note: Make sure your email account is working.

Step 3

Go to your email account and wait for an email verification containing your username and password.
Click “here” activate your account.

Step 4

Click “Go to Dashboard.
— In Office level, teacher-applicant select [Division].
— In CO Strands/Region, teacher-applicant select [Region].
— In CO Bureau/Service/Office–Division/ Division Office, teacher-applicant select [Division].
— In position, teacher-applicants select [Teacher (Entry Level)].
— Click “Add” if you want to apply for another position.
— Click “Save”
— Click “Next” to proceed with your Personal Data Sheet (PDS).

Step 5

Enter your data in the PDS.
Make sure to click “Save Personal Data” at the bottom before proceeding to other tabs.

Note: CSC Form No. 212 (Revised 2017) is the required version of the hard copy of the PDS to be submitted.

Step 6

— Review data in all pages / tabs to make sure all encoded data are correct and complete.
— At the bottom of the References tab, click “Submit” to generate UAN.

Step 7

— Go to your dashboard and you will find your UAN.
