2020 DepEd Online Application System for Teacher Applicants

Update: Up na po ang system ng DepEd Online Application!

 

Unique Application Number (UAN) is one of the requirements of teacher applicants. It can be obtain through DepEd Online Application. We want to share to you  how to secure your Unique Application Number (UAN). (Check out our DepEd Application Requirements.)

 

How to secure Unique Application Number (UAN)?

Requirements:

1. Working email account. (Click here to create new email account)
2. Valid IDs : Tax Identification Number (recommended); GSIS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID); Voter’s ID; New Postal ID; SSS ID; PhilHealth ID; Passport.

Step 1

Go to http://application.deped.gov.ph to apply for an account.
Click “Apply” for first time users.

Step 2

Fill in the necessary information and click submit.
Note: Make sure your email account is working.

Step 3

Go to your email account and wait for an email verification containing your username and password.
Click “here” activate your account.

Step 4

Click “Go to Dashboard.
— In Office level, teacher-applicant select [Division].
— In CO Strands/Region, teacher-applicant select [Region].
— In CO Bureau/Service/Office–Division/ Division Office, teacher-applicant select [Division].
— In position, teacher-applicants select [Teacher (Entry Level)].
— Click “Add” if you want to apply for another position.
— Click “Save”
— Click “Next” to proceed with your Personal Data Sheet (PDS).

Step 5

Enter your data in the PDS.
Make sure to click “Save Personal Data” at the bottom before proceeding to other tabs.

Note: CSC Form No. 212 (Revised 2017) is the required version of the hard copy of the PDS to be submitted.

Step 6

— Review data in all pages / tabs to make sure all encoded data are correct and complete.
— At the bottom of the References tab, click “Submit” to generate UAN.

Step 7

— Go to your dashboard and you will find your UAN.

    Di po ako makakuha ng UAN kasi everytime na icliclick ko yyng submit, laging reply sa akin ng system ‘review your application’ kahit kompleto naman nga details. What should i do? Ilang araw ba po akong nagbabakasakaling makakuha ng number. Please help. Thanks.

    Hello, meron na kasi akong account. Possible po ba na mag update sa info? if possible, how? I tried to click the link pero can’t be reached ang site na application.dep.ed.gov.ph

    Good am po! Itatanong ko lang po sana kung bakit can’t reach this page pa rin po ang lumalabas kapag kiniclick ko po yung here na nasa Deped online application sa inbox ng email account ko? Ilang days ko na po tinatry hanggang ngayon ayaw pa din po . Maraming salamat po sa inyong pagtugon.

    Hello po meron na akong account but di ko maupdate kase everytime na icliclick ko ang “here” nag error or can’t be reached ang system ng application.gov.ph, di ko na alam ang gagawin ko. Last week pa sya ayaw gumana ng site.

    good day po. naka pasok po ako online application last week po ng may. hindi lng po ako aware na i fill up sya on line and then submit. ang ginawa ko po na i download ko sya saka nag fill up. ngayon po im trying to open the application on line for the pds hindi ko na po sya ma access. ano po dapat gawin ko? thanks

          Try niyo nalang po iask sa Division Office na pag’aapplyan niyo kung ano pwedeng gawin since di pa okay ang system ng Online Application.

    Good day bakit laging error 504 , kailan ba maging okie yung system almost 3 days na po kasi. Ano bang gagawin malapit nang deadline for submittion. Thanks

    nakakabwisit ang gov website especially deped!!! ng dahil sa di ma access ang web di ako mkapagpasa ng application!! ko panira online system na ito dapat ibalik na sa dating process ang pag apply ng teachers..

    Hi good evening! May account na po ako dati tas inupdate ko po now. ang problema di ko po madownload ang pds with uan ang nalabas po ay ganto sa baba. pano po kayo ito. thank you.
