At the beginning of the school year, you start working to achieve your targets as required by RPMS. You need documents to show that you have done so. According to the Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development (BHROD), the teachers will be using the same 12 PPST indicators for S.Y. 2019-2020.

1st Quarter (June to August 2019)

  • Classroom Observation Tool 1 (COT Indicators 1-7)
    – DLL and other teaching paraphernalia
    – COT Rating Sheet
  • LAC Session 1
    – Minutes/Personal Notes
    – Proof of Attendance
  • Minutes of PTA Meeting(s) with Proof of Attendance
  • Report Cards signed by parent’s/guardian’s in the First Quarter
  • At least 3 samples of corrected test papers of the same 3 learners in the same learning area with parent’s/guardian’s signature and date of receipt (may be provided from any of the other quarters)
  • Communication letter sent to parents or guardians (may be provided from any of the other quarers)
  • Plus Factor Certificate (may be provided from any of the other quarters)
  • Any 1 of the following:
    – Class Records/Grading Sheets
    – Summative Assessment Tool with TOS, frequency of errors and identified least mastered skills
    – DLLs showing index of mastery
    – Computation of a learner’s written works with summary of results and signature of parents

2nd Quarter (August to October 2019)

  • Classroom Observation Tool 2 (COT Indicators 1-5, 7-8)
    – DLL and other teaching paraphernalia
    – COT Rating Sheet
  • LAC Session 2
    – Minutes/Personal Notes
    – Proof of Attendance
  • Minutes of PTA Meeting(s) with Proof of Attendance
  • Report Cards signed by parent’s/guardian’s in the Second Quarter
  • At least 3 samples of corrected test papers of the same 3 learners in the same learning area with parent’s/guardian’s signature and date of receipt (may be provided from any of the other quarters)
